What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message. When you pay, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to answer your inquiry, arrange and manage your stay, send your arrival details, and keep the records required for state and local accommodations tax.

Who helps us

Web3Forms delivers inquiry messages to our inbox. Stripe processes payments. Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies needed for security and performance.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete inquiry messages that do not become bookings.
